sekarang tgh study break jadi kita bercerita tentang study
actually aku perasan masalah paling besar masa aku study is mengantuk..so, smlm aku da search macam mana nak elakkan mengantuk...
1. jangan minum susu (esp. warm milk)...milk contains tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin which is a neurotransmitter that stimulates the sleep centre..
2. makan snack - snack actually can fight off mental fatigue (+ glucose)...recommended healthy snacks are:
-yogurt
-fruits
-chopped raw veggies (mmg aku takkan mkn la yg ni)
3. take a cold shower (not recommended in winter..:D) - the coldness will jolt your system....
4. buat something yang relaxing tetapi still menggunakan otak - example : crosswords, sudoku, maen PES
5. update blog - :D :D

x dapat tgk fireworks jd kiter maen bunga api!
the first post of the year!!..
smlm meredah kesejukan (pakai nipis je) dgn menggigil utk melihat fireworks.. tetapi malangnya, tidak berjaya (salahkan tmpt salah..:D)
tetapi tetap puas hati sbb maen light painting smlm...:)
